Enprise Group Limited (NZX : ENS) advises that it will be relying on the NZX's Class Waiver from Listing Rule 3.5.1 in relation to financial reporting timeframes. ENS advises that it expects to release it's preliminary unaudted Results Announcement for the year ended 30 June 2020 on or about 15th September 2020.
