Kingfish Limited: Annual Shareholders’ Meeting

14 August 2020 Kingfish Limited: Annual Shareholders' Meeting On 16 July 2020, Kingfish Limited (Kingfish) published a notice of meeting in relation to its annual shareholders' meeting (ASM) to be held at 10:30am on Thursday 20 August 2020 at Ellerslie Event Centre (Auckland). Subsequently the New Zealand Government has announced Level 3 lockdown restrictions for the Auckland area which would prohibit attendance at a physical meeting. The Level 3 restrictions apply until later today and the Government will update in an announcement at 5:30pm today, Friday. Given the lockdown restrictions and their potential extension (Government to advise later today), it appears unlikely that shareholders will be able to attend the ASM in person and the company has made preparations to move to a virtual on-line meeting as a replacement format. We will advise the status of the ASM and provide information on how the meeting will proceed in an announcement to the NZX early on Monday morning. This announcement will then be posted to the company's website. We look forward to "meeting" shareholders at the annual meeting on Thursday (10:30am, Thursday 20 August) in whichever format that entails - now expected to be virtual, on-line.
