Green Cross Health (NZX:GXH) Green Cross Health Limited: Annual Shareholders' Meeting On 24 July 2020, Green Cross Health Limited published a Notice of Meeting in relation to its Annual Shareholders' Meeting (ASM) to be held at 2:30pm on Monday 24th August at the Ellerslie Event Centre (Auckland). Subsequently, the New Zealand Government has announced Level 3 lockdown restrictions for the Auckland area which would prohibit attendance at a physical meeting. Given the lockdown restrictions, shareholders will be unable to attend the ASM in person, so the Company has made preparations to move to a virtual on-line meeting as a replacement format. We will provide details of the virtual on-line meeting in an announcement to the NZX later this week. This announcement will also be posted to the Company's website.
