Steel & Tube Advises Director Changes

DIRECTOR CHANGES - ANNE URLWIN Steel & Tube Holdings Limited (NZX: STU) Director, Anne Urlwin, has notified the Company of her intention to stand down from the Board at the 2020 Annual Shareholders Meeting. Chair of Steel & Tube, Susan Paterson, said: "The Board would like to acknowledge and thank Anne for her considerable contributions. She has been a valuable and supportive director during a challenging time in the company's history and as Steel & Tube undertook its turnaround programme. She has held the role of chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and her contributions have been much appreciated. We wish Anne all the best."
