ArborGen advises new date for the 2020 Annual Shareholders

18 August, 2020 ArborGen Holdings Limited (ArborGen) is pleased to advise that the company's Annual Shareholder Meeting will now be reconvened on Wednesday 26th of August at 10.30am (NZ time), however for the health and safety of our shareholders this will be a virtual meeting only. Last week we announced that due to the revised COVID-19 restrictions announced by the NZ Government, the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of ArborGen scheduled for 10.30am Tuesday 18 August 2020 (NZ time) would be adjourned. As detailed in the original notice of meeting, to participate in the meeting online, shareholders can visit www.arborgenholdings.com or https://globalmeet.webcasts.com/starthere.jsp?ei=1320672&tp_key=4ee4cfc80a. Detailed instructions and more information regarding online participation will be released to the NZX and emailed to shareholders as soon as it is available. Voting and the appointment of proxy has been reopened and will now close at 10.30am on Monday the 24th of August, however the record date of 5.00pm 14 August 2020 remains unchanged. Shareholders will now also have the ability to vote and submit questions online during the meeting.
