Green Cross Health Limited: Annual Shareholders' Meeting On 24 July 2020, Green Cross Health Limited published a Notice of Meeting in relation to its Annual Shareholders' Meeting (ASM) to be held at 2:30pm on Monday 24th August. Subsequent to the New Zealand Government announcing Level 3 lockdown restrictions for the Auckland area, which would prohibit attendance at a physical meeting, this meeting was changed to an online meeting only. To attend and participate in the Annual Shareholders' Meeting online, please use the link to Green Cross Health's online meeting platform provided by our share registrar, Computershare Investor Services in conjunction with Lumi, at web.lumiagm.com or by downloading the Lumi AGM app, and entering the meeting ID 391-565-634. Shareholders will be able to view presentations, ask questions and cast their vote from their desktop or mobile devices.
