Amendment to 2020 Annual Report

19 August 2020 Fletcher Building wishes to correct a typographical error on page 56 in the Remuneration Report section of its Annual Report released earlier today. The number of shares granted under the LTI Scheme to the CEO in FY20 and FY19 were transposed. The correct numbers are: FY20: 263,628 shares and FY19: 196,495 shares. The footnotes (4) and (5) on the same page connect the right share price to the correct number of shares in each tranche.
