Due to the current COVID-19 situation, PaySauce has decided to hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders online only at www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/PYS20 The Board is pleased to support the election of Michael "MOD" O'Donnell as an Independent Director, with the proposed appointment being effective 1 October 2020. O'Donnell is a prominent director, writer and advisor with a strong fintech background, currently a board member at Kiwibank and Kiwi Wealth, Chair of Timely and an active member of the national business media. He was previously Chief Operating Officer of Trade Me, Head of Wholesale Investment at Gareth Morgan Investments and Head of Distribution at AMP Capital Investors.
