BFG – Notice of Annual Meeting – Update

NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS - UPDATE Burger Fuel Group Limited (BFG) published a Notice of Meeting on 31 July 2020 in relation to its 2020 Annual Meeting, advising that the meeting will be held on Wednesday 02 September 2020 commencing at 2.00 pm at 66 Surrey Crescent, Grey Lynn, Auckland. Unfortunately, due to the current restrictions from COVID-19, BFG Shareholders will no longer be able to attend the Annual Meeting in person. Shareholders will only be able to participate online. We appreciate the support and understanding of our shareholders regarding this arrangement for the 2020 Annual Meeting. It is advised to register with a free Zoom account to ensure the meeting runs smoothly and so you have all the functionality at the meeting. Please note, you will need to provide your CSN number when registering, this is found on your proxy form and is needed for verification purposes. Shareholders are advised to vote via their proxy form before the meeting. The proxy must be lodged online at www.investorvote.co.nz or sent to the Company's share registry, Computershare Investor Services Limited at either Private Bag 92119, Auckland 1142 or Level 2, 159 Hurstmere Road, Takapuna, Auckland so as to be received no later than 2.00pm on Monday 31st August 2020.
