Downer EDI Limited (Downer) today announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on Thursday, 5 November 2020 at 11.00am (AEST). Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in the Notice of Meeting, which will be provided separately. The key shareholder dates for the remainder of 2020 are as follows: Last day to receive director nominations 7 September 2020 Interim dividend paid 25 September 2020 Notice of Annual General Meeting available 1 October 2020 Annual General Meeting 5 November 2020 Depending on circumstances, these dates may change.
