FY21 First Quarter Dividend

Investore Property Limited (Investore) has today announced a cash dividend for the first quarter (1 April 2020 to 30 June 2020) of the financial year ending 31 March 2021 (FY21) of 1.90 cents per share to be paid on 24 September 2020 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on 17 September 2020 (i.e. the record date). This dividend will carry imputation credits of 0.294478 cents per share. A supplementary dividend of 0.133628 cents per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders. The Board confirms guidance for an annual cash dividend of 7.60 cents per share to shareholders for FY21, assuming no further deterioration in economic conditions due to COVID-19.
