At the virtual Annual Shareholder Meeting for Investore Property Limited (Investore) held at 11.00am today all resolutions were decided by a poll. The following resolutions were passed by shareholders: o that the Directors be authorised to fix the remuneration of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor for the ensuing year; o the election of Director Adrian Walker; o the ratification of the previous issue under NZX Listing Rule 4.5.1 of 51,515,152 fully paid ordinary shares in Investore.
