17 September 2020 Settlement with Ministry of Health The Directors of Promisia Integrative Ltd (NZX:PIL) wish to advise that the company has reached a settlement with Medsafe, a division of the Ministry of Health, concerning the prosecution of the company for breaches of the Medicines Act 1981. Under this settlement the nine charges have been withdrawn and the company is unable to make any further comment on this matter. This settlement will enable the company to move ahead with the acquisition of the aged care facilities without this matter being a complicating factor.
