Amended Distribution Notice

Fonterra Shareholders' Fund has issued an amended Distribution Notice. In Section 2 (Distribution amounts per financial product) the Gross Distribution, Gross Taxable Amount, and Total Cash Distribution have been amended to the amount per financial product, rather than the total amount.
