22 September 2020 SNC - 2020 Annual Meeting Result At the Annual Shareholder Meeting of Southern Charter Financial Group Limited (NZX:SNC) held on 22 September 2020, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, which were supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: o That Mr Joseph van Wijk, who retires in accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.7.1, and being eligible for re-election, be re-elected as a director of SNC. o That the Board is authorised to fix the auditor's remuneration.
