MARKET RELEASE 24 September 2020 Dividend Reinvestment Plan Share Price and updated ASX Appendix 3A.1 Form The price for each share to be issued through the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) for the H2 FY20 dividend to be paid in respect of the period ended 30 June 2020 is NZ$4.5124 (DRP Price). The DRP Price has been determined in accordance with the rules of the DRP. For the H2 FY20 dividend, the DRP Price was calculated using a volume weighted average price, over the five trading days during the period from 17 September 2020 to 23 September 2020 inclusive, with a 2% discount applied. Shares are expected to be issued to participants in the DRP on 2 October 2020.
