PLP - Updated Offer Documents 8 October 2020 Booster Investment Management Limited, in its capacity as manager of the Private Land and Property Fund ('Fund'), has registered an updated Product Disclosure Statement ('PDS'), Other Material Information Document ('OMI'), and Statement of Investment Policy and Objectives ('SIPO') for the Fund, with an effective date 8 October 2020. The updated offer documents (attached) address recent changes to the Fund, including: o Increased frequency of distributions; o Introduction of a Distribution Reinvestment Plan ('DRP'); o Plus other updates to the Fund and its investments.
