2020 Fonterra Shareholders' Fund Notice of Meeting. Attached is the Fonterra Shareholders' Fund Notice of Meeting, Proxy Form and Virtual Meeting Guide for the Annual Meeting of unit holders to be held on Monday 9 November 2020. The 2020 Annual Meeting will only go ahead in person if Auckland is at COVID-19 alert level 1 on 9 November 2020. If Auckland is at COVID-19 alert level 2 or above on 9 November 2020, the Annual Meeting will move to being a virtual meeting only. If this occurs, we will provide unit holders with as much notice as is reasonably practicable via the NZX.
