Issue of DRP Shares

9 October 2020 NZX/ASX Code: EBO ISSUE OF DRP SHARES Please see attached the NZX Capital Change Notice and ASX Appendix 2A in relation to the issue of 1,232,976 shares under the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) in respect of the FY20 final dividend. The Company's largest shareholder, Sybos Holdings Pte Limited, participated in the DRP. This had the effect of increasing Sybos' shareholding in the Company by 495,463 shares to a total of 31,021,184 shares, representing 18.9% of total shares on issue following the issue of shares under the DRP.
