RESULTS OF ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

16 October 2020 Results of Annual Meeting of Shareholders At SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited's annual shareholder meeting, held virtually via an online platform today, ahareholders were asked to vote on five resolutions, which were supported by the SkyCity Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
