Media Release | 22 October 2020 Shareholder poll results for Auckland Airport The annual meeting of shareholders of Auckland International Airport Limited was held online today. All resolutions put to the meeting were passed by shareholders. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: o That Julia Hoare be re-elected as a Director (supported by the Board) o To authorise the Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors for the ensuing year Details of the total number of votes cast in person or by a proxy holder are: Resolutions: To re-elect Julia Hoare For: 981,066,058 Against: 51,448,486 Abstain: 588,792 in favour: 95.02% To authorise the directors to fix the fees and expenses of the auditor.
