DGL – Appointment of new external auditor

Delegat Group Limited - Appointment of Auditor Following a formal request for proposal process for external audit services, the Delegat Group Limited Board has recommended Deloitte Limited ('Deloitte') be appointed as its new external auditor. Deloitte's appointment is for the financial year ending 30 June 2021 and is subject to approval by shareholders at Delegat Group Limited's Annual General Meeting to be held on 25 November 2020.
