Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Wednesday, 28 October 2020 Subject: Marlin Global Limited ("MLNWD") - Final Exercise Date Message: Following the announcement by Marlin Global Limited ("MLN") on 7 October 2020, NZX Operations ("NZXO") advises that the final exercise date for the MLN warrants ("MLNWD") is Friday, 6 November 2020. Any MLNWD warrants not exercised by 5pm on Friday, 6 November 2020 will lapse and all rights in regards to them will expire. The final day of trading in MLNWD will be Wednesday, 4 November 2020 prior to the warrants being halted and suspended at close of business.
