2020 Annual Shareholders Meeting – Resolutions Passed

At the Freightways Limited Annual Shareholders Meeting held on 29 October 2020 shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions. All resolutions were decided by poll. The ordinary resolutions passed were: 1. That Mark Rushworth be re-elected as a Director of Freightways. The Board has determined that Mark Rushworth is an independent Director. 2.
