Skellerup CEO, David Mair disclosed today the sale of 250,000 shares. Mair noted the sale was made to fund his tax obligation arising from the purchase of 1,947,533 partly paid redeemable shares in September 2018. The purchased shares were issued under a Long-Term Incentive Scheme when Mair was appointed CEO in September 2011. Mair's holding in Skellerup remains significant.
