BFG has ceased to have a substantial holding due to BFG ceasing to have a relevant interest in 3,333,332 ordinary shares in BFG (previously held by Mason Roberts Holdings Limited) as those shares have been acquired by BFG pursuant to the Buyback Deed and immediately cancelled.
