Employee Share Option Plan

Effective 16 November 2020 the board of Solution Dynamics Limited (SDL) approved the issue of 80,000 share options to a key senior member of the Company's NZ Management Team. The options have an exercise price of $2.60 per share and may be exercised by the participant (in whole or part) after three years from the date granted. The relevant key employee must be employed by SDL on the date the options are exercised.
