UPDATE ON SKYCITY ADELAIDE

MARKET RELEASE - 18 November 2020 Update on SkyCity Adelaide SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (SKC.NZX/SKC.AX) ("SkyCity") advises that, from midnight tonight, it will be closing its Adelaide casino and entertainment facilities following the announcement made by the South Australian Government earlier today that a range of new state-wide COVID-19 restrictions will be implemented in response to a new COVID-19 cluster in Adelaide. SkyCity Adelaide is currently expected to remain closed for the following six days until midnight on 24 November 2020. The new A$330 million SkyCity Adelaide expansion development, including the 120-room luxury hotel Eos by SkyCity, was scheduled to open in late November 2020. The opening will now be delayed in light of the latest restrictions. SkyCity's New Zealand properties (in Auckland, Hamilton and Queenstown) are unaffected by these latest restrictions in South Australia and remain open at Alert Level 1 in New Zealand.
