Amendments to Bond Trust Deed

Company Announcement 26 November 2020 Amendments to Bond Trust Deed Turners Automotive Group Limited (NZX: TRA) (Turners) has amended its Master Trust Deed dated 28 August 2018 (as amended and/or restated from time to time) (Master Trust Deed) under which Turners issues debt securities from time to time. The amendments to the Master Trust Deed have been made in anticipation of the Trust Act 2019 coming into force.
