Datagate Rights Issue

Enprise Group increases Datagate holding AUCKLAND, 30 November 2020 - Enprise Group (NZX: ENS) has paid NZ$335,038 to participate in a Datagate Innovation rights issue. Enprise Group participated in an over-subscribed NZ$1,000,000 capital raise for Datagate, which raised NZ$1,154,349. Enprise took up its pro rata share of the rights issue investing $335,038 for 152,290 shares. Datagate is a cloud telecommunications billing solution for managed service providers (MSPs). As Datagate has accepted over subscriptions, Enprise Group's share of Datagate has reduced to 33.12%. If Enprise Group's 2,010,397 shares in Datagate were valued at the November 2020 rights issue price of $2.20 per share, the value of the investment would be $4,422,873.
