Vista Group Board Appoints Susan Peterson as Chair Vista Group International Limited (NZX & ASX:VGL) advises that in accordance with its Board succession plan Kirk Senior, Vista Group's Executive Chair, will step down as Chair on 31 December 2020 and will be succeeded by Independent Director, Susan Peterson. Kirk Senior will continue to serve on the Board as a Director.
