2 December 2020 NZX Continuous Disclosure Change in Venue for Annual Meeting of Shareholders New Zealand seafood company Sanford Limited (NZX: SAN) advises a change in venue for the Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The new venue for the Annual Meeting will be Eden Park, Reimers Avenue, Mt Eden, Auckland in the Level 4 Lounge, South Stand. The meeting will still proceed on the previously notified date and time of Wednesday 16 December 2020 at 2pm. All other details of the Annual Meeting, including the resolutions to be proposed at the meeting, remain unchanged from those notified to shareholders on 12 November 2020. Shareholders also have the option of attending the Annual Meeting on-line. Refer to the Notice of Meeting for further details. Shareholders proposing to attend the Annual Meeting in person should note they will be required to comply with Eden Park's health and safety procedures.
