NZX Release 9 December 2020 Market Update Promisia Integrative Limited (NZX: PIL) wishes to advise the market that Rene de Wit has resigned as PIL's Chief Executive Officer. Rene joined PIL in October 2017 when PIL's business was the sale of dietary supplements. PIL has now successfully shut down that supplements business and is now operating in the aged care sector. The Board thanks Rene for his contribution over this period. Tom Brankin has agreed to move into an executive director role with PIL. PIL will be recruiting a new Chief Executive Officer.
