Amended Distribution Notices

Further to the announcement by Stride Property Group (Stride) on 30 November 2020 of the quarterly dividends for each of Stride Property Limited (SPL) and Stride Investment Management Limited (SIML) for the quarter ended 30 September 2020, attached are amended distribution notices for each of SPL and SIML related to that dividend. The only change to these notices is to the total monies associated with the dividend. This is because at the time the dividends were announced by each of SPL and SIML on 30 November 2020, the total monies associated with the dividends was calculated assuming the Share Purchase Plan announced by Stride on 25 November 2020 would raise $40 million. Due to strong shareholder support, Stride elected to accept additional applications to bring the total amount raised under the Share Purchase Plan to $50 million, resulting in more new shares being issued by SPL and SIML than previously anticipated. As all new shares issued under the Share Purchase Plan will be entitled to participate in the quarterly dividends for each of SPL and SIML for the quarter ended 30 September 2020, the total monies associated with these dividends will increase. All other amounts related to the dividends, including the cash dividend amount per share, the imputation credits per share, and the supplementary dividends per share, remain unchanged. The record date for the dividends remains at 15 December 2020, and the dividends are expected to be paid on 22 December 2020.
