Market Release 20 January 2021 DIRECTOR SHARE SALE Mr Bob Shaw (Co-Founder, Executive Director and Chief Strategy Officer of Serko) today sold 870,000 ordinary shares in Serko. This represents less than 1% of the total shares on issue. Following the sale, Mr Shaw will continue to hold over 9 million shares in Serko, representing 8.53% of the total shares on issue. The sale was undertaken by Mr Shaw to primarily settle outstanding matters relating to a personal property matter previous disclosed to the market. A disclosure notice will be filed on the NZX and ASX by Mr Shaw in due course.
