CEO Update

Solution Dynamics (SDL or Company) provides an update on the status of the Company's CEO, Nelson Siva. Nelson is continuing to receive treatment for an ongoing health issue. Treatment post a near-term operation may cause modest restriction to his availability and it may take several months for the medium term prognosis to become clear. Discussions and strategies are in place with an established contingency plan - similar to 2020 when Nelson was undergoing post-op recovery - in the unlikely event of a serious or immediate health decline. Nelson and the Board continue to ensure SDL has long-term leadership and management structures in place to ensure the growth successes over the past few years are maintained.
