The relevant interests stated in the Initial Disclosure Notice are of close relatives of the senior manager that have not previously been disclosed. It is the view of the Manager that the interests of these close relatives should be recognised as relevant interests, and further changes in these interests will be disclosed in accordance with the ongoing disclosure obligations.
