MARKET RELEASE 25 March 2021 Dividend Reinvestment Plan Share Price and updated ASX Appendix 3A.1 Form The price for each share to be issued through the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) for the H1 FY21 dividend to be paid in respect of the period ended 31 December 2020 is NZ$4.4372 (DRP Price). The DRP Price has been determined in accordance with the rules of the DRP. For the H1 FY21 dividend, the DRP Price was calculated using a volume weighted average price, over the five trading days during the period from 18 March 2021 to 24 March 2021 inclusive, with a 2% discount applied. Shares are expected to be issued to participants in the DRP on 9 April 2021.
