PLP - Updated Offer Document 31 March 2021 Booster Investment Management Limited, in its capacity as manager of the Private Land and Property Fund ('Fund'), has registered an updated Other Material Information Document ('OMI') with an effective date 31 March 2021. The updated offer document (attached) addresses recent changes to the Fund, including: o Acquisition of hop garden investment (as announced on 25 March 2021) and which has now been settled; and o Change in valuation of investments following a recent review by the Manager (as announced on 30 March 2021). This updated document should be read in conjunction with the Product Disclosure Statement for the Fund. Units in the Fund can be purchased either directly from the manager, or on the NZX Main Board.
