Datagate appoints US Director

Datagate appoints US Director AUCKLAND, 13 April 2021. Enprise Group (NZX: ENS) advises that its investee Datagate Innovation has appointed a US Director and accepted a $165,000 investment. Datagate has appointed Eric Hernaez as a non-executive director. Mr. Hernaez has invested $165,000 for 75,000 shares. These shares have been issued at the last rights issue price of $2.20 per share. Datagate is a SaaS telecommunications billing solution for managed service providers (MSPs). As founder and president of SkySwitch, Eric Hernaez led a team that established the business from inception to become one of the leading providers of white label UCaaS in North America, with more than 500 reseller partners. SkySwitch was acquired by BCM One in December 2020. Skyswitch is the first and largest appointed distributor of Datagate. Eric will add a depth of American knowledge and experience to the Board, especially within the American wholesale telecom industry, which is Datagate's primary market. Enprise Group's share of Datagate has reduced to 32.02%. If Enprise Group's 2,010,397 shares in Datagate were valued at the issue price of $2.20 per share, the value of the investment would be $4,422,873. Ends.
