Issue of Employee Shares and Rights

Stride Investment Management Limited (SIML) advises that it has today: (a) issued 406,710 shares to executives of SIML pursuant to employee share incentive schemes operated by SIML; (b) issued 663,993 rights to executives of SIML pursuant to the executive long term incentive scheme for FY22 (the period 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2024); and (c) issued 293,830 rights to executives and other employees of SIML as part of the FY21 short term incentive compensation for these employees in connection with their performance during FY21. These rights vest on 31 March 2023, if the relevant employee remains employed by SIML at that time.
