Update on Trustpower strategic review

Trustpower advises that it has received a number of non-binding indicative proposals to acquire its mass market retail business, following its announcement of a strategic review in January. Trustpower's Board has reviewed the proposals and has progressed into the due diligence stage of the process. A further update to the market on the strategic review will be provided in due course.
