Changes to the Kiwi Property Board – Richard Didsbury

Kiwi Property today advised that Richard Didsbury proposes to resign as a director of the company at its annual shareholder meeting, scheduled to take place on 12 July 2021. Richard jointly founded Kiwi Property in 1992 and has been a member of the Board for the past 28 years. He is also a member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee. Kiwi Property Chair, Mark Ford, said: "Richard has made a remarkable contribution to the company over almost three decades. More than any other individual, he's helped shape Kiwi Property into the business it is today.
