MCK Director Determination

At yesterday's Annual Meeting of Shareholders, Leslie Preston, Kevin Hangchi and Colin Sim were respectively elected and re-elected as directors of MCK. The Company has determined in accordance with NZX Listing Rules that MCK Chairman Colin Sim, Graham McKenzie and Leslie Preston are all Independent Directors of the Company.
