Southern Charter Financial Group (SNC) Amended Preliminary Net Tangible Asset Value per Quoted Equity Security for the Year Ended 31 March 2021. The results table released on 31 May 2021 incorrectly showed the net tangible asset per quoted equity security within brackets ($0.004). The correct value is a positive $0.004 per quoted equity security for both the current and prior comparable period. The corrected preliminary announcement and report is attached.
