Director Nomination Closing Date Cancer diagnostics company, Pacific Edge Limited (NZX: PEB), advises that its Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held on Thursday 29 July 2021. Further details regarding the time and venue will be provided in the Notice of Meeting (including a proxy voting form and details of any resolutions), which will be sent to shareholders prior to the meeting. For the purposes of Listing Rule 2.3.2, Pacific Edge advises that the closing date for Director nominations is 17 June 2021. All nominations must be received by 4.00pm on the closing date.
