NZX/ASX: MFB MY FOOD BAG GROUP LIMITED - CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS My Food Bag Group Limited (My Food Bag) advises that its 2021 Annual Shareholders' Meeting will be held in Auckland on 20 August 2021. The venue and further details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, including details about how to participate virtually. For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, My Food Bag advises that the closing date for director nominations is 21 June 2021.
