Morrison & Co completes acquisition of Infratil shares

On 30 March 2021, Infratil advised that it had approved the on-market acquisition of $20 million of Infratil shares on behalf of certain Morrison & Co executives and Morrison & Co. Infratil advises that Morrison & Co has completed the acquisition of shares under that approval, and acquired 2,646,754 shares for a total cost of $19,999,994.34. Director and senior manager disclosures will be made by relevant Morrison & Co executives, where applicable, following allocation of shares to individual executives. Shares allocated to Morrison & Co executives will be subject to a lock-up between Morrison & Co and the executives of between 12 and 24 months.
