Capital Change Notice

In a previous release on 6 April 2021, Accordant Group Limited (AGL) advised of the Group's intention to buy back up to one million of its shares on market, in compliance with Listing Rule provisions and the Group's Constitution. We hereby advise in accordance with NZX Listing Rule 3.13.1 that Accordant Group Limited ("AGL") has acquired 69,509 ordinary shares under the buyback programme.
