Notification of closing date for Director nominations

1 July 2021 Market Announcement NZX:NZA Annual meeting and closing date for director nominations NZ Automotive Investments limited (NZX: NZA) ('NZA') announces that its Annual Meeting of shareholders is to be held on 25 August 2021. Full details relating to the meeting, including the time and venue, will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed in due course. For the purposes of NZX listing rule 2.3.2, NZA advises that the closing date for director nominations is 19 July 2021 ('Closing Date'). All nominations must be received by 5 pm on the Closing Date. A nomination may only be made by a shareholder of NZA entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and must be accompanied by the written consent of the person being nominated.
